How do you ensure the freshness of the baked goods during shipping?
All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or carefully packaged in moisture-resistant materials. We use expedited shipping and insulated packaging for perishable items to ensure they arrive at your door tasting bakery-fresh.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan pastries. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that all our products are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your delivery area and shipping schedule?
We ship nationwide. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are typically processed within 24-48 hours. We generally ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date or event?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a 'Preferred Delivery Date'. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any potential carrier delays.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
How should I store my Padoca Bakery treats once they arrive?
Each order includes a care card with specific instructions. Generally, breads can be kept at room temperature for 2 days or frozen for up to a month, while cream-based pastries should be refrigerated immediately.
